E-Week 2018

E-week 2018 started on 10th feb 2018 with warm august of new inspiration of young entrepreneurs in the worldclass global institute of technology, Jaipur by movie show. In which success stories of Indian entrepreneurs was shown. It inspired and motivated the gathering of 200 students in the special auditorium of GIT.

Mentoring Session was organized for final year and third year students of Global Institute of Technology.  Mentor was Mr. Hitesh Chaudhary. Mr. Hitesh Choudhary is B.Tech in ECE and M.Tech in Information tech and cybersecurity. He got hired at Amazon, INC during his Ph.D. work and didn’t join there to explore his potential. He is Owner of 3 companies, IGNEUS Technologies Pvt. Ltd, DexCodeLab in India and recently registered third venture, LearnCodeOnline, INC in Delaware, USA. He taught the latest tech to 100K+ students globally (registered) and got 130K+ subscribers at Youtube. His courses also served at Paypal, Uber and Lyft at USA and many like IITB, SRM, VIT, TCS, Quick Heal etc in India. With his Team, he handled Renuva medicals IT sector. Renuva is one of the biggest medical firms in Canada. On a side note, He has been interviewed at many news channels and print media. He has traveled to all continents.

Mr. Chaudhary explained the role of latest programming languages and simulation tools in the industries. He guided the students about earn money from the web tools.  At the end of program, Dr. Renu Joshi, Director GIT, felicitated the guest and Dr. Ranjan Upadhyaya, Professor, HR gave vote of Thanks.

E-talk  on ” Preparedness Before Rolling Out” was organized at Global Institute of Technology for Students.  The world acclaimed Prof. (Dr) Ved Sarvotham gave his valuable insights about the “Preparedness Before Rolling Out”. He incorporated with little difference that makes some positive impact on this planet by helping other human beings and creatures. He is Ph.D. in Marketing Management. MS in HR Management and International Business. Post Graduate Diploma in PR and Communication science. Wonderful, job profile with current designation as  International Director – SAARC – New York – Western Union, worked in   University of Columbia- Project Director – Tropical Health challenges in India, Boeing group –  Director of Operations – Aviation /Cyber Technology – India, Randy’s Ring and Pinion- Country Director – India  ( Automobile industry) ,  J&B Software – USA- Project Director and International Director,  Dr Reddy Labs- Director -USA ( Drug research wing), SWIFT Banking Network – Senior Director and in Reckitt & Beckman  – Marketing Manager – India. His thrust areas are Conscious Relationship at work and personal life. And for the students of the final Year challenges and jumps start for a career. For women and Men working together challenges. Art of concentration and focus simple steps for students. He is the master in the number of Indian languages Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, Sanskrit, Urdu and English (Little). He has traveled in eighteen countries.  His passion is for reading and nature. He concludes with the best word for the Hon Director, Dr. Renu Joshi, GIT, Jaipur.

E-talk was organized at Global Institute of Technology.  Keynote Speaker was Mr. Amrit Sethiya. Mr. Sethiya is 2011 Batch Alumni of Electronics & Communication Engg. He started his career Electronics Design Engineer & Founding Member in Gears Energy Solutions. Mr Sethiya got Best Employee Award. After 7 years of Experience, He started his own company Lakky Industries. He shared his journey from engineer to entrepreneur. He gave the startup guidelines for the students.

Interactive Session was organized for first year students on Social Entrepreneurship. Keynote Speakers were Mr. Vipul Sharma with Mr. Akshat. Navjeevan Society (Down To Last Cent) NGO was founded by Globalites Mr. Vipul Sharma with Mr. Akshat in NOV 2011. The NGO has been working for upliftment of the society in accordance with its 52 objectives but the main emphasis lies in providing education to the underprivileged children.

From last seven year, Navjeevan Society is supporting few children by aiding them financially in their school expenses and this year the society is planning to increase the number of students it is supporting with their studies. Besides this, the NGO is also working in concordance with Apna Ghar & Mamta Ghar, two orphanage houses in Mansarovar for the substantial development (summer camps, dance classes, fun activities, etc.) of 100 odd children. Apart from this the members are also actively visiting slums and other backward areas of Jaipur to provide basic education to illiterates and assisting the populace in their daily life problems. We have also donated clothes, jerseys, food, etc.

Entrepreneurship Awareness Session was organized for second-year students. Ms. Aparna, Hr, Sworntech Pvt. Ltd motivated students about Entrepreneurship. She started the session with the history of entrepreneurs. A lot of queries asked by the students regarding their startup idea and execution.

Industrial Visit was organized at FRUBON Jaipur Plant for first year students of GIT. Students learned about automation process and product manufacturing process.

A Seminar on Business Plan Simulation & Execution was organized for Final Year Students at Global Institute of Technology. Mr. Sumit Srivastava, Founder, Gensus Edutainers and his team members motivated students about Identification of opportunities for Entrepreneurs. He talked about managing different departments and functions of a simulated enterprise in teams. Seminar enabled participants to gain insights into all functional areas of a startup: marketing, production, finance and controlling.  At the end of the session, Dr. Renu Joshi, Director, GIT felicitated Guest Speaker Mr. Srivastava.

EDC Cell of GTC with world class Entrepreneurs organized a successful event ‘GTC Entrepreneur Café ‘in the Campus. The aim of Entrepreneurs Cafe was to set up a platform for connecting the budding Start-ups, looking out for their Jarvis to help them and reach the level they have envisioned, with the young students waiting for the opportunities to enhance their skill set. The event produced many success stories with students being selected by the companies, who participated in the Entrepreneur Café. Our Alumni Mr. Sumit Budania (CEO, Sworntech Pvt. Ltd), Mr. Saurabh Pachauri (Executive – Human Resources at Jugnoo), Mr. Mayank Tiwari (Engineer (electrical) at Vidhyut Bhawan Department Of Energy Govt. Of Rajasthan) were chief guests.

E-Talk was organized for Mechanical Engg. Students. The speaker was Mr. Kapil Megharani, alumni of
Global Institute of Technology and co-founder of He is also the youth chair of ISHRE & connected to START-UP oasis by TATA.
He enlightened students about various aspects of entrepreneurship and start-up eco-system. He also gave the general concept of government formalities and rules and regulations, locations and different aspects of the industrial venture to start a Small-scale Industry (SSI) unit. After a short break,  the discussion was about various technical and commercial aspects of SSI, after that the salient features of project report covering financial aspects of SSI. He also gave brief idea of support and financial support available from government agencies, banks, and other financial institutes and formalities required to be completed. He also spoke about different successful start-ups in our country and particularly of Rajasthan.

Our Third Year Student Mukul Malviya received many prizes and appreciations for his project “Wrapper Picker” from President of India, Prime Minister of India, DST Rajasthan and Startup fest 2017. A Session of Mukul Malviya was organized in the E-week 18 for the students of GIT. He discussed his success story & Innovation Idea and his struggle.

Recently, he represented project “Wrapper Picker” at  Startup Exhibition iCreate Campus. Honorable Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi with Honorable Prime Minister of Israel visited the exhibition and appreciated their project. Honorable President Sh. Pranab Mukherjee appreciated the work of young technocrat Mukul Malviya and felicitated by Award . He got Second Prize at Innovate India 2017 Organized By National Research And Development Of India. He won Ideate-Student Startup Challenge in Rajasthan Startup Fest & got a cash prize of 1 Lakh and Membership for AWS Activate Program. His previous project was also appreciated by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. He has also awarded by Department of Science & Technology, Govt. Of Rajasthan at 9th Biennial Award Function on National Technology Day.
